We sought to evaluate telehealth utilization, demographic features, and clinical characteristics in a group of individuals who initiated home thyroid tests and who were also given the choice of follow-up telehealth consultations.
A retrospective analysis of real-world data, employing a de-identified consumer database of home-collected, mail-in thyroid tests, was conducted from March through May 2021. The data included 8152 participants (N=8152). A considerable portion of individuals (866%, n=7061) were female, with the average age being 386 years (between 18 and 85 years).
